Sea Roses Are in Full Bloom So I'm Joining Them

Here is one of my favorite customized pipes. A Falcon Black Shillelagh with a customized Sea Rose briar bowl by Yves Backstoner of Switzerland. Keeping it smokey with some Orlik Golden Sliced.

Both stem/shank and bowl are very ornate. Very different and pretty.

It looks like figured lava rock or something. That's an incredible pipe.

It does look incredible. I can hang some pretty good weight from my teeth. Not sure about that, though.
