Is the phrase "a little something extra" to be translated as this is an aromatic tobacco??

I didn't detect anything along the lines of a heavy (aromatic) casing, which isn't to say there isn't one there, but it certainly doesn't come to the forefront of the flavour profile.
If I had to guess, I would say the something extra would probably be a Cavindesh; bringing the taffy like sweetness that pops up around mid-bowl and stick around for the rest of the smoke.
