Savinelli PAD

Ran across the new Antica line on SP and found the description interesting. These are supposed to be old Briar stummels that they found and finished. Some discontinued shapes like the 506 that I picked up. Really nice blast, a no filter stem and reasonable price. My Savinelli 4 squares are some of my best smokers and I like smaller pipes these days, so wth.

That's a really nice looking pipe.

I'm finding myself fascinated with the stems on their new Morellina line. If they had them with a blast finish like yours I would be in trouble.

Was looking at a Savinelli 811billiard for $120 but went with a Rossi Victoria 8811 in Sandblast for $48.

Why? Because Savinelli owns Rossi and it’s the same pipe. It should smoke just as well.

If you like a particular Savinelli shape, place an “8” in front of it and that’s it’s corresponding Rossi of the same shape.
