Savinelli Lighter Question

I just picked up a Savinelli pipe lighter and was wondering if anyone had info on which company might have made it for them. The lighter is not an Old Boy but a push-button with side-directed flame from the '80s. It has Savinelli, with Japan and Pat P both under the tamper on the bottom. Sorry no pics yet since I don't have the lighter. Didn't pay a lot and the return policy is good with this guy so I'm not too worried if it's a dud. I'm just curious as to its origins. Thanks.

I'm not sure unless I see the pic, but I have both an Old Boy and another Savinelli ligther that seems similar to yours, and the good news is that they are both made by IM Corona.AT least so I've been told in Savinelli's shop.
