I have a Savinelli Special 9mm Red 230S. When I used up the filter that was included with the pipe, I inserted the converter tube to use it without, until I ordered new filters. The converter tube got pushed in too far and now I can't get it out.
Is there an easy way to get it out, or will I have to get creative? I don't want to damage the stem. Thanks.

Ok, I'm feeling a little dumb right now. I meant Stanwell Special 9mm Red 230S. I can't find an edit post button, so I can't fix my late night mistake. :(
Edit: OK, second post has an edit button, but not first post.

Are you saying that the insert is now flush with the end of the tenon? One solution comes to mind if that's the case. If you have a drill bit that will fit into the convertor gently screw it in a turn or two and pull it out. You don't want to expand the convertor too much and jam it in the stem. Be careful about it and you should be good to go. Good luck.

I have successfully used a screw to get stuck tenons out and if you don't mind ruining the adapter, you can just gently screw one in until it grabs and then pull it out with pliers.

Thanks for all the replies. Yes, the insert is flush with the tenon. I figured I'd need to use a drill bit or screw. Thanks all!
