Savinelli Extra Estate Pipe

I was searching eBay Sunday evening and seen this Savinelli Canadian going cheap so thought what the heck and walked away with it for $21.00. Anyone know much about the Savinelli 'Extra" line of pipes? I'm thinking it's from the 80's. I've seen a few of these go for around 100.00 or so on eBay at times. Longer shanks always seem to make a nice cool smoke for me.
Non-filtered Savinelli Canadian. The stem says “Savinelli Extra” on one side and “704 Italy” with the crowned “S” on the other. Pipe measures close to eight and a half inches.

I have a Sav Extra small billiard. It's a nice pipe. I don't think you can ever go wrong with Savinelli. Good luck with it.

way to go durham. savinelli makes very nice pipes. I have 5 savs, all smoke well. thanks for posting.
