So, this beauty is in my hot little hands. Here's some more pictures. As a reminder this pipe is 5 1/2 inches long and weighs 30 grams.
The shank is sandblasted bamboo that has been contrast stained.

Ooo. Very nice. The detailed photos of the bamboo. The staining is very nice. I have some drying the garage to mount on some bowls. These will help as reference to boot.

Yes, this was supposed to be my entry for the GKCPC carving contest, but I could not finish it in time.

It was meant to live in Vegas!

First time I’ve seen the enamel coat of the bamboo sandblasted exposing the power fibers, interesting look especially contrast stained, good looking pipe, congratulations.
