This pipe was gifted to me by @Ahi Ka. It is a keeper. Love this pipe! @RustiePyles CPG, Ahi Ka and I have been trying to decipher this pipes origins. What a mystery! The sterling band (Birmingham), dates to 1910. It is apparently a repair. LEFT side of the shank is stamped, "RRS". The RIGHT side of the shank (partially obscured by the sterling band) is stamped (best I can tell), _ _ _ NNER, over _ _ LEE STREET (_ _ symbolize characters I can't make out). When I first laid eyes on it, I thought Pete or BBB... but I do not know!

Absolutely...

Dimensions
Overall Length: 6.75"
Bowl Height: 2.5"
Bowl Inner Diameter: .95"
Bowl Depth: 2"
That's around the size of a Peterson House pipe or a Dunhill group 6 like these with 1"×2" chambers, the average size of my smaller pipes.

Magnums are really big.

Just to add, we did find a possible candidate for "RRS" (left side if shank stamp) in the Tobacco Brands Library:

This vendor is from the appropriate era (1900-1910). However, the "LEE STREET" stamp on the right side of the shank does not corroborate. Also, the stamp for the above tobacconist would likely by RR&S?

They definitely had multiple shops - I'll see if I can find a likely address.

Yeah magnums almost look comical. Almost. Like something made for a movie or something. Still really want one specifically for outdoors activities like camping or hiking.
