Does anyone have any experience with the above tobaccos for blending purposes?
I am trying to create my own blend in the Haunted Bookshop or OJK direction.

Money aside, I think the type of blend that you get using EU blending tobacco will be quite different even if you follow the same exact recipe. C&D blends are unique but especially the burley, which is uncased.
