Can't imagine going so young. But according to the news, he had long and consistent alcohol and opioid problems. They do catch up sooner or later. Hope he's resting well on the other side.

He obviously succumbed to his additions. No one drowns sober in their own jacuzzi. Similar situation as Whitney Houston. This is quite sad, and I know from experience the demons addition brings to a person.

Sadly, it appears that those that find themselves in celebrity status wind up going down the path of substance abuse. I am sure that the stress of putting forth a certain persona is tremendous. I wouldn't want it, but I know there are many who long for it. At least his demons have been put to rest now.

Working on the behind the scenes part of medicine I can concur that hot tubs can be more deadly then people think. The fact he was active that day means that the hot tub could have hit him like a narcotic no need for anything else to be present. Happens more then people think.
