One of a kind - rafters in the old Fieldhouse shook back in the Knight/Lute days. His own worst enemy for sure. He was on “The Fishing Hole” with Jerry McKinnis back on the day once a season - avid fisherman and was a lot of fun in that context with Jerry and Norman the dachshund.

Wasn't he the one that enjoyed throwing chairs in ball games? Great exercise for the seniors. Hope he's allowed to throw stuff wherever he ends up at. I don't think he will appreciate "RIP" too much. So, I'll drink one for him this weekend.

The best X's and O's basketball coach ever IMHO. Been an IU fan my entire life, Knight provided lots of good and bad times. Way more good than bad.
