I received my replacement Stanwell HCA pipe today after the short stem broke. P&C went out of their way to make sure they replaced it with a brand new one. They didn't even care the other was heavily smoked. Just need to ship the broken one back. I've ordered exclusively from them since I've been in Indianapolis. They even called me one of their best customers.

I've never had an issue with them so far. They updated their website and their customer service seems to have improved too. They once sent me the wrong bulk tobacco. The one they sent was more expensive and I called them only to be told they will ship out the right tobacco and for me to keep the more expensive tobacco for free. They also sent me a tin of MM965.

Been ordering from P&C for about six years now. Never had an issue that they didn't immediately address after being notified. Other than their crappy backorder system, I've had no complaints.
