Relief For A Sore Mouth

I just returned from a week long camping trip with some buddies and did A LOT of pipe smoking. Usually 6+ bowls a day. I had a great time but my mouth is a bit sore. I wouldn't necessarily say its tongue bite but my mouth feels tender. Any suggestions on how to get me back to normal and have my mouth feel less tender? No regrets but I would like to move past this tenderness.

Supposedly Biotene mouthwash helps with that. I smoke 6+ bowls most days and don't have an issue so I haven't tried it. Taking a break works too but where is the fun in that?

Biotene and take a break for a day, i don't have a tender mouth so ive never tried it, i found that never brushing my teeth really helps build up a protective coating.
