An online seller, not P&C, processed my order a week ago, took my money, and stated they do same day if order before 2pm or next day. No correspondence except for the standard email of we received your order. When checking my account it says waiting to be shipped, click for details and upon doing so says there is no order. I sent an electronic form inquiry yesterday but no response. Should I wait or cancel through my bank? Give them more time? Odd.
