Quick Opinions Wanted~Escorti Pipes

I have seen several of these Escorti pipes on flea-bay that I really like the looks of but I am unfamiliar with the brand. Are they worth the 50-100.00 that I see them go for. Also, I have looked around with the search engine I use but trust the opinion of a lot of you guys, So was hoping to hear from my favorite "horses mouths" :D

I have never heard of Escorti....

I see several Ascorti pipes.

I own an Ascorti, makes me wonder if it's a knock off.

Someone trying to make a buck on someone else's fine reputation.

Mine is one of my best pipes.

If your refer to Ascorti pipes you should find out if it was made by the son or the father.

To my mind the son Roberto (while very good) doesn't hold a candle to his father's ( Giuseppe "Peppino") skill.

The late Giuseppe was an extraordinary craftsman of rare ability... where Roberto...

Very nice pipes, and alot of them go for over 100.00. The one I currently lust for is $200.00
