Preben Holm pipe question.

I got a great pipe as a gift last week. I'm not sure the gifter new the value (sentimental or otherwise). It's stamped:

Preben Holm

Hand Cut

Copenhagen

Denmark

And on the side of the stem there is a circled "2". Kind of like this: 2⃣. From the research I've done, I haven't found that numbered marking anywhere. Any ideas on when it was made? I'll post pictures soon.

The Handcut pipes predate the Lane

Ben Wade era..They are from the Snug Harbour era. Two in a circle marks this as a grade of 2;A lower grade but still a nice pipe.
