With COVID infections being on the rise again in many neighbouring countries, cross-border travel will probably become increasingly restricted in autumn and winter over here. After some careful consideration, I decided now would be a good time for another trip to Germany to stock up my cellar a bit. Usually staying faithful to my Oriental and Balkan blends, I have recently discovered my taste for VA and VA/Per tobaccos - which were literally non-existent in my cellar so far. Being limited in the amount of tobacco I can take across the border, I managed to narrow it down to this fine selection. Holly's Discovery Flake and St. Bruno probably don't quite fit into the mix, but I had those on my list for the longest while. Overall, I think I did quite good with my purchase.
The rest of my budget I'm saving for one of those Savinelli St. Nicholas 2020 pipes I've been eyeing since they showed up on SP (US). Savinelli told me they would be available in Europe starting next week, so fingers crossed I'll be able to snatch a 106. ?
