I ordered some tobacco for myself from Pipes and Cigars last Monday and one of the items was incorrect. I called yesterday (Friday) and they said they would ship it right out. I figured Monday or Tuesday but, I just got back from the mailbox and there it was, in ONE day. They even told me to keep the error tobacco.
Now THAT is customer service. I am a customer for life.

I just placed another order with them last night. They have always been nothing but good to me, and like you, I am a customer for life. Their selection is top notch, they have great prices, and their customer service is second to none. Plus they have Mr. Oulette working for them, and that man knows his baccy. Great group of people!

It's not like they could take the tobacco back though.
They dunno if you touched it... if you washed your hands... It's more of a health thing than generosity lol. I wouldn't want to be sent a bag of tobacco that a cust sent back because it was a mistake or they didn't like it lol.
This doesn't take away from their customer service though. Nice people for sure.
