That's so hand-crafted, I think it might be difficult to identify with a particular nation. It doesn't look like a factory pipe. That's a curious wind cap. Is that a wood stem? It doesn't look like a souvenir pipe; have you tried smoking it? If so, how was it?

It is wood and the smoke is rather enjoyable. I found its made up of hammered tin strips and can vaugly remembering its origin as the distinctive workings of a highlander man but those could be mistaken memories. As I've seen this as a child once. Now my father has passed and it turned up again. So was intrigued by its makeup.
