Playing with American Bamboo

Hallo again Gentlemen .

This are some pipes I made during visiting Texas

I used bamboo I founded close to the lake of Waco ,Hellenic Olive and briar @German acrylic

Very nice. I really like the acorn(?) shaped one. I love how you gouged the briar to match the bamboo. I've never been particularly attracted to the bamboo pipes, but I would try to acquire that one if I saw it for sale.

It's not an acorn ,actually is a freehand sitter pipe made

for a good friend I met in Waco pipe club

I've never been much into bamboo stems but those are truly magnificent! Very nice work on some beautiful pipes.

On Sunday I'm flying back to Rhodes with a baggage

filled with bamboo,drills ,bits and other tools .

My wife will be angry but I feel very well

I met excellent friends ,I took a lot of knowledge and

I'm ready to reach a higher level .
