Pipo In A Tin?!

Here's an odd ball. TR gives a consensus of 3.3/4. Lots of wild reviews on there. No mention of tins however, just pouch.
Anyone have any experience or ideas about the age of this tin?

It's VERY dry. I took a small flake and packed it in the 1914 BBB. Immediate rush of earthy/floral oriental. Despite its dryness it's smoked reasonably slow.
Its going to get slowly and carefully hydrated a bit.

That looks great! The tin looks like it has some good age on it as well. I'd bet Jesse would know something about the age based on the top tin label. It has a 60's - 70's look to me. But idk. Very cool though.

‘70’s to ‘80’s would be a fair guess since the weight is listed in ounces rather than grams. Could be earlier.
Nice that it is still viable.
