That's too bad. It's the one place in canada I can think of off the top of my head a pipe smoker would have to see.

You can smoke at Stogies Cigar Lounge downtown.

There is also the Whisky Café that has a cigar lounge. I'm not sure if they allow pipes - you'd have to check. I know for cigars they have a cutting fee. Stogies used to be the meetup place for the Montreal Pipe Smoking group.
