I realize you probably joined here just to ask this question. But this is a community. New members usually introduce themselves, choose an avatar, and, um, read the forum guidelines for posting photos. If you just want to "hit and run" that's cool. Just know that that's not what this forum is really about.

Hmmm. Looks like you need an amber stem, the attaching bone screw, and there's some sort of metal mount that came loose. You can probably send it off for repair but it will cost quite a bit to have it done properly.
Things like stems and bone tenons can probably be ordered from Tim West at www.jhlowe.com. He's in the Columbus,Oh area. Heck of a nice guy and an excellent pipemaker/repairman IMHO.

I think that many, if not most of the members here first came on this site by asking a question and looking for some information. After all, that is what a forum site is all about is it not? As for any guidelines for posting a picture I never realized there were any (at least to my knowledge) other than a guide on ‘how’ one can do so. Also, as for one needing to choose an avatar there are a plethora of long standing members here who do not have one and its certainly not a prerequisite (I didn't have one with my first few posts). After all, and you just never know, that fisherman might possibly become a long standing member on this most informative forum site and be a great contributor! Just sayin... :wink:
