*** PAD Alert ***
Recently I've discovered that Pinterest contains a lot of pipe related posts from tobaccos to carvers and the related tools of the piper. So far the two fascinating sites I've found are for Downie Pipes and Two Cousin's Pipe Racks.
Does anyone else use Pinterest for that "carver" fix we tactile people need that seems to satiated only by pipe related items?

Well damn... no offense to all, but up till now I always thought Pinterest was mainly a woman's type of site where they shared photo's or something... goes to show how much I know, but hell I don't even do Facebook :P

Here's mine: https://www.pinterest.com/0e1zue2qyc8f02m/pipes/
I also have one for cigars: https://www.pinterest.com/0e1zue2qyc8f02m/cigars/
And whisky: https://www.pinterest.com/0e1zue2qyc8f02m/whisky/
Fun site, OK for a little mindless surfing of eye candy. You just have to train it so your feed isn't 90% fitspo, 90% recipes, and 90% inspirational memes...

Yes - there are also photography and hotrodding boards, so I can quench most of my eye-candy needs.
I personally am more of the Pinterest Lurker rather than active boarder.

That's a new term for me.
The new brand of body fascism isn’t just about fat and thin: “healthy” now functions as an aspirational hashtag, one arguably more powerful, self-righteous and potentially misleading than “thin” ever managed to be. Fed on a diet of health blogs and images labelled as “fitspo” , we risk confusing what is healthy with what attracts the most clicks.
At its most benign, “fitspo” – short for “fitspiration” – provides a gentle, visual nudge to eat more kale and go to the gym on Mondays. At its most dismal, it’s an addictive feedback loop of judgment and self-loathing: take the story of Jess Semmens, who lost 57kg (9st) by “Instagramming herself thin”. Semmens was advised by doctors to lose weight, and her commitment to following that advice involved photographing every meal, posting the images on Instagram and asking for her followers’ approval. Is the “healthiest” diet the one with the most likes?

Seems a bit contentious, but then again, that's The Guardian spouting off as usual. It's like The Daily Mail for neurotics instead of threat junkies.

It's a catch all. I'm not nearly as organized as some of you all on there.
