Pipes in the Movies

We all have our favorite movies with pipes in them.

This one is one of my very favorites...

I have to admit that no pipes are actually smoked in the movie, but they are depicted.

Can anyone name the movie this is from?

Just to see who really knows thier movie pipes...

What movie is this from and who's pipes are they?
Here are three Hints:
1)"Sorry I got up on my hind legs boys but you fellas trying to rope me made me nervous."
2)"You're a good man sister."
3)Two of the main characters are named: Wilmer, Casper.

I have been acquiring movies with pipe smoking for my collection. So far I have
- Mr Blanding builds his dream house
- numerous Sherlock Holmes movies including the first of the new one
but that is about it. Any more suggestions on what to get?

I was watching Dark Half last night and forgot all about a scene in the movie where Thads University proffessor female friend sat at her desk and lit what looked like a Peterson System pipe with a match. Took a couple puffs. First time I have seen a woman smoking a pipe in a movie.

Has anybody seen The London Blackout Murders? here is a quick synopsis from netflix

A young woman (Mary McLeod) who rents a room in a London boarding house grows suspicious when she observes her landlord (John Abbott) using a pipe with a retractable needle -- the same type of needle being used in a series of unsolved murders. Little does she know that he has his own motives for carrying out what some say are cold-blooded killings. Lloyd Corrigan co-stars in this WWII-era suspense classic as a cop who looks into the case.

Pipes belong to Sam Spade, played by Humphrey Bogart.
Extra credit: The novel the movie was based on was written by Dashiell Hammett, one of the great hard-boiled PI novelists, and a former operative for Pinkerton. He also created Nick and Nora Charles (The Thin Man), and The Continental Op.

There's Warren William as Perry Mason smoking a pipe in "The Case of the Howling Dog".
