I'm a newer ham. Got my Technician in November and my General this January. Here's my "shack."

Guilty as charged, however I've not setup my 991A since moving around a year ago. The trees around my new house are not very antenna friendly.

Noticed this thread bump recently just tonight. As an FYI there's another more recent thread of us pipe smoking radio folks by @Roach1 below.


To those who haven't been active recently, I highly recommend getting on the air again as the bands have been pretty good with this solar cycle. Throw a wet noodle up in a tree and work the world while you can!
