Pipe Zippo

Will a Zippo pipe lighter work useing alcohol for a fuel? Lighter fluid is not available here in Central America. If not, what alturnative fuel is readly available world wide?

Ronson fuel is always an option, at least in the U.S. you can find it pretty much in any drugstore.
Any lighter fluid based on naphtha will work - though, depending on what the fuel is meant for, it may not taste the best.

If you can find Naphtha it is the best. I would not use alcohol in a zippo. Even charcoal lighter fluid is basically the same as zippo lighter fluid.
