Being that it's from their Private Stock line, it's likely a renamed tinned Bulk.

Yes! It's a lot like Sutliff's Irish Creme however there's a notable nutty/whiskey taste.

Think a vanilla Christmas Cookie with the tip dunked in whiskey.

Sutliff Private Stock is my favorite. Trying to collect all of them.

I haven't tried it, but Sutliff does good work. Check it out at SP and see what the constituent tobaccos are, the flavoring, and the specs on strength, taste, room note, and see if might be something you'd enjoy.
