Pipe Smoking Hang out in Pacific Beach, Ca. Suggestions?

Heading to Pacific Beach in a few weeks. I’ve been there 100 times, but not as a newly minted (8 months) Brother of the Briar. Trying see if there are any known pipe friendly hang outs that are not hookah lounges or weed shops “glass pipe shops” are a plenty there.
Would love a morning coffee and a good tobacco pipe before surfing or maybe after.

Check out Racine & Laramie Tobacconist in Old Town, it's not too far from PB by car. Most cigar/tobacco shops don't open till late morning. Mission Beach has a park just south of the roller coaster that is pretty quiet in the mornings. There are a couple coffee joints in the area too.

You're welcome. I've been going down to PB for a week or 2 just about every summer over the last 20 years. The patio has always been my smoking spot of choice but there are quite a few smoking lounges in the San Diego area.
