Pipe Shops in Milan, Budapest, Istanbul

My friend is going to take a trip through Europe in the nearest future, I was hoping to ask her to buy me some pouches of local tobacco.

Anybody know of pipe tobacco stores in those cities?

I have been to Budapest three times. Although I can't point out specific shops, I can tell you that there are a lot of 'Tabacs' and that they mostly have a very good range of tobaccos, both pipe and hand-rolling, and the prices are pretty good. Mainly though they will sell big European and American brands - I am not sure there are many/any Hungarian brands.
