pipe shops in L.A.???

Helga and I will be going to L.A. the first week of Dec. and I would like to find a decent pipe shop there. Any suggestions?

I tried the locator...only two places listed one is about 50 miles away and the other has a real bad comment.

was hoping a local smoker could point me in the right direction. Torrance area is where we will be.

drsam - down the Interstate is Tobacco Barn in Lake Forest in Orange Ct. It's a very pipe oriented B&M with a great lounge. TomC blends some nice house tobaccos, and they bring in their own meers.
In the other direction and closer (but not necessarily faster due to traffic) is Kramer's in Hollywood - some super blends there -, and the original Tinder Box in Santa Monica. Once there were Tinder Boxes in many malls around the country, but they are much fewer now. There is a Tinder Box in Hermosa Beach near Torrance but I think it's a video place, not a pipe store.
