Pipe Shops in Brussels, Ghent, and Berlin

I'm heading across the pond in a few weeks to visit friends in Germany. Does anyone have any information or recommendations on pipe or tobacco shops to visit in Brussels, Ghent, or Berlin? Those are the major cities I expect to spend time in while I'm there. Any information would be much appreciated!

Since Tabac-Manil Semois is grown in Belgium, you might look for good prices on that. Plenty of German tobacco possibilities, though I don't know about prices. Also check out customs free shops coming and going, if they're offered.
