I have a Fischer pipe ( Buffalo, N Y ) which is marked Reg Us Pat Off under shape Texan and a Weber deep grain same shapeboth circa 1950. Patent infringement ? Research conclusion : the Fisher pipe, only the name of the pipe was Reg. Weber made many pipes for shops that stamped private logos.

Many different shops have stamped their names on pipes, but the maker remains elusive. I have a Tinder Box stamped pipe but no idea who the maker is.
