Hey everyone I am new to this forum and pipe smoking. I hope this is in the right place I apologize if not. I was doing all kinds of searches the other day and found a pipe maker that I really liked his pipe designs and they were in my price range. Only problem is I thought I had book marked it and I did not so now I can not re find this guys page and it is driving me crazy.
So what I remember from his page is a lot of the pipes were a natural briar, no stain I mean and there were hand made. I remember reading that he buys his briar from other companies that maybe did not like the piece so as to keep cost down. I hope maybe someone with more knowledge might be able to help if not I understand and will keep looking. I am sorry for the horrid description as I imagine this narrows the possibilities down to a lot of pipe makers. Thanks for any help much appreciated.
