Pipe journal app?

OK, I have finally upgraded to a smartphone. Does anyone know of an app that would work as a journal for pipe smoking? I only come up with apps to stop smoking cigarettes, smoke weed, or that stupid plumbing game.

It's Android-only for now, so I don't know if that helps you. But, if it does, I'd love to have your feedback. It's still in early stages, but I already find it useful for my own use, and I've been getting some very positive comments.
From your wording, I assume that the specific functionality you're looking for is adding your own smoking notes. That's high on my roadmap, but not there yet. Which is somewhat ironic, since this was actually the reason I started writing this app ins the first place But it shouldn't be long until you can add your own notes.

While not a specific pipe smoking app, Evernote is my recommendation. It's really a note taking app with the benefit of being able to sync across to multiple devices/computers, as well as being customisable to your needs.

Flexile is an iPhone database that I use. You can add a field for notes.
