Pipe identification

Hey all, awhile back I was gifted a massive lot of pipes ranging from Dunhills to pertersons and savinelli. However, there are a few odd balls in the mix, and I am curious to try to identify them.

This one has a signature, but I’ve not had any luck trying to make it out. Anyone here familiar with it?
