Pipe History Book

I was thinking about buying this history book on pipes : The Illustrated History of the Pipe by Alexis Liebaert & Alain Maya
Has anyone got a copy or read it? It's second hand (1994 publish date) and £29 (about US$40)

Is it worth it?

It's a well-illustrated coffee table type book, great for the pictures, but not as intersting as Carl Ehwa's book, which I'd suggest getting first. That price also seems high for what it is, to me at least. This is a good place to find books:

I have it. It is written from the French point of view. It's not the best pipe book I've read, but it's a long and well documented work. The one I liked the most is by Richard Hacker, because it is the best written in terms of style

It's an OK coffee table book. There is much better history to be found elsewhere.

Basically, a coffee table book and while there are coffee table books, I'd pay $40 for I wouldn't pay it for this one.
