Hello! I haven't been around for quite a while, (my posting history suggests a hair shy of a decade - how embarrassing!). I've been wracking my brain for the name of an outfit that used to produce an array of pipe cabinets that ranged in size from a little tabletop job, all the way up to a big honking china cabinet-esque monstrosity that stored oodles of pipes, accessories and tobacco in various shapes and packagings with multiple racks, cabinets and drawers. I don't even know if they're still in business. My brain wants to say they were called 'Smoking Cabinets', but I may be crossing that up with Smoking Holsters. A gander at Neal Yarm's stuff didn't net any familiar results. Any ideas, or is it pretty much seeking out custom work these days? Thanks!

I gotta say, you have some nice pipe "furniture" there. I'll have to walk into my humble little area with my head hung low and wearing "sackcloth and ashes."
Just hunt ‘em at flea markets and antique stores. They’re out there at a very reasonable price point. Then add some cheap LED lights from Amazon, a bit of furniture polish and Windex and…boom. I remove the tin labels with a heat gun and glue them on the jars.

I had ordered one from eBay that held 24 pipes, but they never posted any more racks, so i took the rack to a neighbor who does woodworking, and he cranked me three more out rather quickly. It did cost me more than the original rack, but... it was worth it to me. My neighbor has since passed away, or else I would give you his contact.
Surely someone close to you does woodwork. Maybe call a local cabinet builder, and ask if he knows someone. After that, you could peruse Etsy and see if someone who does woodwork on there could make you one. Most folks on there will do commissions.

You didn't indicate how many pipes you have , but there are various sizes of lawyer's bookcases :

I did a quick FB search & there were several in my area priced around $400-500 .
I'm pretty sure getting a custom made cabinet fabbed would be much more ........
