I had never even HEARD of Kirstens before this.
Visited the website and learned a little. Obviously you like them.
Would you share some details about them and what they're like to smoke?

I have a 1940 Kirsten and it's still on the job and is doing great. You can just about hammer nails with the thing.

Zenith Black 1/4 bent

the stems need to be polished, smoke like clays, but the outside is glazed.

The Kirstens are supposed to smoke cooler because of the alluminum body, no juice/condensation gets in your mouth cuts down on tounge bite, The alluminum doesn't realy change the taste of the smoke, but can collect oders, maybe micro pores in the metal. I clean them after every smoke. If they start to smell I run the body thru the dish washer, lol.

That Zenith full bent makes me drool. I'm afraid to own a clay or porcelain because fragile materials tend to explode when I touch them. Your collection is very cool!
