I say go to where they have restaurants and see where the locals are gathering. Usually the best places in my opinion.

The Stag for a B&M. I wish I could recall some restaurant names …Garcia’s for Mexican was good. It’s been awhile since I was there.

Phoenix is a large fowl. Number of ways to prep it, but best roasted. Don't forget the gravy.

I get up to PHX 3/4 times a year and in enjoy hanging out at Winston’s or Fox in Scottsdale. Both are great cigar Lounge’s and we really enjoy eating at Portillo’s or Grimaldi’s Pizza. The Stag in Scottsdale is good for pipe stuff.
