Morley's is back to the 3rd Thursday, which is the 19th in two weeks. The New York Pipe Club will be setting up their annual summer picnic later in the month or August, so those of us who are going can coordinate rides.
Last meeting, we did present bartender Dan with a check to help with his son's funeral expenses, and he expressed gratitude to Bruce. Thanks to all the members who contributed to his cause.
The other news is Richmond's CORPS is resurrecting their wonderful pipe show in the fall - the date is Saturday, 29Sept.
Hopefully this heat wave will be over for long enough so we can enjoy our meeting before the next one hits.
