Well, I just got this blend Monday. I've had six smokes of it already. Pretty nice blend as usual. A good quality Virginia leaf balanced with some Burley to make sure it doesn't bite and a bit of Black Cavendish for fun. It has a nice fruity summertime top dressing. As usual it's a nice marrying of top dressing and natural tobacco flavors. Very glad this tin is 100 grams.

Not yet but I look forward to it! I really loved the Special Reserve 2014. Have you tried that?

I've bought both, but usually cellar them for a year before smoking them. Your review makes me want to skip this step and go for the gold. Where they worth the wait? Peterson was really late this year, I'd given up on them.

The Summertime was absolutely worth the wait.
I also agree about the tin art. Masterfully done as usual. Part of the reason I buy the blends is to display the tins in my pipe cabinet.

Well I put a tin on hold at my tobacco shop so next time I head to the city I'll have a tin waiting for me!
