I bought a tin of this a few days ago, it bites and has no nutty taste apart from right at the end of the bowl. It's very mild too, it won't be buying again.

It is the new addition to the Peterson range of blends and has been available in Europe for some months now.
I guess it goes to show how different peoples tastes are as it is one of my favourites! I found it smokes and tastes best in a nose warmer or fully bent pipe. Anything that keeps the bowl close to the nose. Although, if we all liked the same thing, there would only be a couple of blends on sale. :)

When I think of Nutty, it's got to be Peretti Burley BPC or 333; or Uhle's Burleys. Apparently this Peterson blend has to be a solid Burley mixture and I'm looking forward to sampling a tin when it becomes available.

When I first looked at this....I though the name was Peterson's Nutty Cat. I thought...I already have one of those.
