I'm looking for a bigger Peterson to add to my collection. I've bounced from the XL02 to the X220. Now the XL90 has caught my eye. I've seen the medium sized 221 and I assume the X220 is the bigger version. Anybody got a picture of an X220 next to an XL90?

Looks to me the only difference is the amount of bend. My preference is for the X220. That big of a pipe will hang much better from your mouth with more bend. I have two Sav Hercules (big pipes), one is a 1/4 bend and the other is a 3/4 bend. I enjoy the 3/4 more because it can hang / chin rest more. I have to hold the 1/4 more because it starts to hurt my jaw if I don't. Nice looking pipe.

Thanks for the responses. That's the exact two I'm looking at. I was hoping somebody had both and could post a pic of them side by side in the same pic. Smokingpipes.com's pics make everything look the same size. Those are my exact concerns - I like the bend of the X220 but the bowl of the XL90. I think I'll have to agree and keep the X220 on top. I really like the darker grain of that particular XL90 tho! I've been hunting an ebony or a Samhain. Too bad they're so hard to find!

I have a 303, which is kind of a quick smoke. Would the X220 be considered significantly bigger/longer smoking time?
