Peterson Shamrock Canadian Stem Replacement

I have a Peterson Shamrock Canadian that I picked up awhile back only problem is it had a stem but it was one it last owner used as a makeshift to still smoke it, looking for reccomendations on having a stem fitted and cut for it, preferably a PLip

first suggestion is contact Laudsi or Peterson. I know they sell replacement stems. There are also other people that can craft one for you.
