Bestowed upon me this past Christmas by my significantly better half. Really dig the aesthetic. It’s just gorgeous (IMO). Smokes well but it’s a spitter. Invariably, thus far, regardless of tobacco moisture content it’ll gurgle. Swabbing 1-3x per bowl has been necessary. It’s not a problem as far as I’m concerned and I’m smitten with the pipe just in general anyway :)45E6653B-73DE-484E-8F4E-CBE97F173681.jpeg

Usually run a pipe cleaner once or twice during smoke. Not because the pipes gurgle, but any hint of moisture causes harsh retrohale for me. While doing that I dump the ashes too. This typically gives cleaner taste.

Congrats! It's cold(er) out now so you will get more condensation in the stem...all my pipes gurgle more in the winter.

I have always admired the Kerry line from Peterson. I purchased a 106 two years ago that had to be returned and exchanged because of severe quality control issues. The replacement is handsome and a great smoker.
