Picked up this Peter Heinrich pipe. It cleaned up wonderfully, but I cant figure out who it's made by. Any OC' experts out there have any info they could share?

For what it's worth... Years ago I made a trip to Cologne to visit Peter Heinrich's. I found myself in a shop called Phifer Heinricks (may have the first name smelled wrong). It took me a day to realize the mistake I had made. When I did, I went to Peter's shop which I thought was going to be a good place to buy some pipes. I was wrong. Seems Peter had made a deal with a dealer in the U.S. not to sell to any other Americans. Too bad, he had some good pipes I would have liked to buy. Man!, what a waste of time and money that was.
