This is one of my weekend discoveries. Perkins appears to be H. Perkins & Sons Ltd. which is English

But the stem logo of circle P seems to be C. B. Perkins and though it says made in London it's from Pennsylvania. However there is no cb on my pipe. Confused. Can anyone help me, what do I have?

I'd say you have a nice pipe, and that you are not liable to run into anyone else who has one. A good conversation piece as well as a smoke! Win win!

I'm wondering if you have a Frankenpipe. The stem is clearly from C.B Perkins while the bowl appears to be a H. Perkins & Sons issue. Could it be that someone married the 2 parts? Interesting.

I've no idea about the stampings, but cleaned up it will be a very nice billard, congratulations !

Frankenpipe? I hadn't thought of that. An initial clean got the stem to fit better. It's a really good fit, how likely is it these would fit so well if they were diff makers?

This is a C.B.Perkins Pipe I had bought awhile ago.

Sellers comments below,
This is a lovely old C. B. Perkins tobacco pipe of unknown vintage. It's a large pipe and I'd call it a straight-stem billiard style--plus, it's a sitter (flat bottom allows it to sit upright; very handy). It has a beautiful grain, but unfortunately has a number of small fills (imperfections in the briar that were "filled" by the manufacturer). The stem is vulcanate and is in good condition, with just a little tooth wear on the bit.

The pipe is mine now, the picture is from the seller.

Still, thanks about the pipe.
