I just picked up an ounce of Penzance at Fader's Tobacco as they had it in bulk and can't wait to try a bowl tomorrow!!! I have heard so much about that I jumped at the chance to get a smaller amount to sample......

They told me they had it in "bulk" but what they actually do is take it from an 8 oz bag.... had never seen Penzance offered this way and immediately wanted to try it... why do I think I am gonna kick myself for only buying 1 oz??? :crying:

I stopped by Faders today, but could only get to the smaller Catonsville store. Nick the nice guy running the shop said he only had one 8 oz bag left and it was committed to one of his regular customers. I said by all means their regular guy should get it as I've never tried it. At $6.45/ounce or about $50 per 8 oz bag, that is some pricey stuff. He said their Towson store (as mentioned earlier) probably had an open bag to get a smaller amount. But, ran out of time. So, I grabbed a 100g tin of OGS, which was priced reasonably compared to other shops I've visited. The smaller Catonsville store sure had a nice selection and Nick said Towson was the big gun. I saved that place into my GPS!
