That's comes from ignoring stuff that you shouldn't be ignoring. What everyone seems to agree on is not worrying and getting yourself anxious over things that are out of your control. Not to say sometimes circumstances are such that something pops up in your face. But going out of your way to worry about crap... Not my circus, not my monkeys...Yep, it is not your problem until you wake up one morning and it is.
For reference, I'm curious to read it, and I've heard alot about it over the years. I read that part of the inspiration for it is Maimonides' Guide to the Perplexed.Somebody else's problem.
